FAQs

Questions, Answered

Everything below is what teams actually ask before they order. If yours is not here, contact us and we will answer it.

Ordering and Minimums

Here can be a brief but clear response to the question, giving customers a quick answer without unnecessary details.
Twelve pairs per size at $9.99 a pair, with free shipping on every order.
Twelve per size. A roster running two sizes is a 24 pair order, three sizes is 36. Collect shoe sizes from your team before you build so you know your real total up front.
Yes. Each size needs to reach 12 pairs on its own, but there is no limit on how many sizes you order.
Yes. Each height and size combination needs its own 12 pairs, so a team ordering crew and ankle in two sizes is planning for 48 pairs.
Absolutely. Just finish your first design with the correct quantity and sizes, then add it to your cart. After that, go back and create your second design.

Sizing

Small covers youth shoe sizes 1 to 3. Medium covers men's 4 to 9, women's 3 to 8, and youth 4 to 9. Large covers men's 10 to 13 and women's 9 to 12. X Large covers men's 13 to 15.
Size up. Medium covers the widest range and is where most orders concentrate.
Sizes are set per player, so a team spanning several ages is normal. Just remember each size needs 12 pairs, so a wide spread means a larger order.
Small fits youth shoe sizes 1 to 3. Most players above that fall into Medium, which covers youth 4 to 9.

The Socks

80% acrylic and 20% nylon and elastic, with no cotton in the blend.
Cotton absorbs sweat and holds it against the foot for the rest of the game. Acrylic moves moisture out instead, and it keeps its warmth when damp, which matters at a cold meet as much as a hot one.
Knit. Artwork is built into the fabric, so there is no surface layer to crack, peel, or fade. Printed socks look right in a photo and break down in the dryer.
Knee high, crew, ankle, and footie. All four are $9.99 a pair with the same construction.
Knee high for football and soccer, where players wear pads or shin guards. Crew as the all-sport standard and the most common volleyball pick. Ankle for cross country and practice. Footie for compression sleeves and no-show wear.
Machine wash cold and tumble dry low and they hold their size.
Cold wash, low tumble dry, no bleach, no fabric softener. Softener coats the fibers and reduces how well the blend moves moisture.
No. It shapes the sock rather than compressing the leg, and sizing starts at youth shoe size 1.

Design and Artwork

To ensure the best result, submit your logo as a .jpg or .pdf file, keeping in mind that sock knitting uses larger needles than embroidery and creates a pixelated stitch pattern. While this heavy stitch makes knitted socks durable and long-lasting, it works best with simple logos and bold text rather than fine details, thin lines, gradients, or small text. If your design is intricate or features photos, faces, or fine artwork, let us review it first; we may recommend printed socks, which apply artwork directly to the fabric so it retains clarity even when stretched. When in doubt, send us your logo before you start designing so we can quickly confirm the best approach and save you time.
Send us your colors during design and we will match as closely as the yarn allows. Knit color matching gets very close but is not a digital print, so ask for a mock up if an exact match matters.
Yes. The builder shows the sock as you design it. However, there is no proofing phase before we go into production. What you design is what we create.

After You Order

Contact us right away. Changes are possible until production starts.
Contact us and we will make it right.
Because custom socks are made specifically for your team, they cannot be returned or resold due to a change of mind, disliked design, or incorrect sizing entered at checkout. However, we fully stand behind our work: if your socks arrive with a defect, do not match your approved design, or contain an error on our part, contact us and we will make it right. Since sizing cannot be adjusted after production, collect exact shoe sizes from your roster before ordering and size up for anyone who falls between sizes.
Absolutely! Call us or use our contact form and be sure to include your order number.
